Up until February 2021, this was NCC’s standard transcription audio player for EOIR/DOJ and this video (recorded in 2019) reflects that. NCC has since moved to RCPlayer as its standard for EOIR/DOJ transcription. The processes shown in the video for Express Scribe are similar to RCPlayer. Please reference the RCPlayer instruction manual for more details on how to use that player.
